Social Responsibility
Successfully developed and led a programme to return 30,000 ha. of privately & collectively owned land in China involving 13,000 individual land leasing contracts with significant stakeholder engagement in strict accordance with IFC Performance Standards.
Forest Safety Transformation
Fully transformed forest operations from a largely manual operation with high incident rates into a 100% mechanised operation with a staff TRI of zero. Fully embedded a "safety first" culture in the organisation and exceeded executive leadership's expectations.


Strategic Stakeholder Management
Co-founder of China's first industry advocacy body (Guangxi Forest Growers Association) and originator of Tasmania's Good Neighbour Charter.
Extensive experience in engaging with government and community groups including indigenous groups, ethnic minorities and affected communities.
Cultural Change, Leadership Development & Mentoring
A lead role in leadership & cultural change associated with start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and restructures including:

2013 to 2019 - Restructuring & downsizing of FTE by -27% (from 850 to 620) through mechanisation and the introduction of technology & process improvement.

2014 - Start up of harvesting, sales and supply chain operations from approx. 20K m3 p.a. to wood sales of approx. 1.1 Million m3 p.a.
